Description

A decadent, fudgy bread that combines the rich flavors of brownies and hot fudge sauce, perfect for dessert or a sweet treat.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup hot fudge sauce, plus extra for drizzling
  • 1/2 cup chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×5-inch loaf pan.
  2. In a medium bowl, whisk together flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt.
  3. In a large bowl, mix melted butter and sugar until combined. Beat in eggs one at a time, then stir in vanilla extract.
  4. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture, mixing until just combined. Fold in hot fudge sauce and chocolate chips.
  5. Pour batter into the prepared loaf pan and bake for 45-50 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted comes out with moist crumbs.
