Ingredients
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup hot fudge sauce, plus extra for drizzling
- 1/2 cup chocolate chips
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×5-inch loaf pan.
- In a medium bowl, whisk together flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt.
- In a large bowl, mix melted butter and sugar until combined. Beat in eggs one at a time, then stir in vanilla extract.
- Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture, mixing until just combined. Fold in hot fudge sauce and chocolate chips.
- Pour batter into the prepared loaf pan and bake for 45-50 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted comes out with moist crumbs.
- Let cool in pan for 10 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack. Drizzle with additional hot fudge sauce before serving.
