Ingredients
- 1 cup almond flour
- 2 large eggs
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 tablespoon olive oil (for cooking)
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine almond flour, Parmesan cheese, baking powder, and salt.
- Add the eggs and mix until a dough forms. Let it rest for 5 minutes.
- Heat olive oil in a non-stick skillet over medium heat.
- Divide dough into 4 portions, flatten each into a thin round, and cook for 2-3 minutes per side until golden brown.
