Description

A simple, versatile flatbread made with just a few ingredients, perfect for wraps, pizzas, or dipping. High in protein and low in carbs.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup almond flour
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil (for cooking)


Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine almond flour, Parmesan cheese, baking powder, and salt.
  2. Add the eggs and mix until a dough forms. Let it rest for 5 minutes.
  3. Heat olive oil in a non-stick skillet over medium heat.
  4. Divide dough into 4 portions, flatten each into a thin round, and cook for 2-3 minutes per side until golden brown.
