Ingredients
- 8 oz block of feta cheese
- 1/4 cup hot honey (store-bought or homemade)
- 1 large onion, thinly sliced
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil for frying
- 1 cup mixed olives (Kalamata and green)

Instructions
- Pat the feta cheese dry and place it in the center of a large serving board or platter.

- Arrange the olives, cucumber slices, cherry tomatoes, and mint leaves around the feta on the board. Place warm pita bread on the side.
- Sprinkle the feta with dried oregano, black pepper, and a pinch of salt. Drizzle the hot honey generously over the feta and vegetables.
