Description
Crispy, flaky phyllo rolls filled with creamy feta cheese, baked until golden and drizzled with a sweet-tart cranberry honey sauce.
Ingredients
- 8 sheets phyllo dough, thawed
- 1 cup crumbled feta cheese
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
- 1/4 cup melted butter
- 1/2 cup cranberry sauce
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- Salt and black pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Mix feta cheese, parsley, salt, and pepper in a bowl. Lay one phyllo sheet on a clean surface, brush lightly with melted butter, and place another sheet on top. Repeat to create a stack of two sheets.
- Spoon some feta mixture along one short edge, roll tightly into a log, and place seam-side down on the baking sheet. Repeat with remaining phyllo and filling.
- Brush rolls with remaining butter and bake for 20-25 minutes until golden and crisp.
- While baking, combine cranberry sauce, honey, and lemon juice in a small saucepan over low heat, stirring until smooth. Drizzle over warm rolls before serving.
