Ingredients
- 1 1/2 pounds sea scallops, patted dry
- 4 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup panko breadcrumbs
- 2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Lemon wedges for serving
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Lightly grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
- In a small bowl, combine melted butter, minced garlic, and lemon juice.
- Arrange scallops in a single layer in the prepared dish. Season with salt and pepper.
- Pour the garlic butter mixture evenly over the scallops.
- In another small bowl, mix panko breadcrumbs with Parmesan cheese. Sprinkle over scallops.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes until scallops are opaque and breadcrumbs are golden brown.
- Garnish with fresh parsley and serve immediately with lemon wedges.
