A tangy and savory taco featuring smashed chicken patties seasoned with ranch and dill pickle brine, topped with crunchy pickles and creamy sauce.
Ingredients
- 1 lb ground chicken
- 1/4 cup dill pickle brine
- 1 packet ranch seasoning mix
- 1/2 cup chopped dill pickles
- 8 small flour tortillas
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 2 tbsp mayonnaise
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil
- 1 cup shredded lettuce
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix ground chicken, pickle brine, and ranch seasoning until combined. Form into 8 small patties.
- Heat oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Add patties and smash flat with a spatula. Cook for 4-5 minutes per side until golden and cooked through.
- In a small bowl, whisk sour cream, mayonnaise, and garlic powder to make the sauce.
- Warm tortillas in a dry skillet or microwave. Assemble tacos by placing a chicken patty on each tortilla, topping with chopped pickles, lettuce, cheese, and a drizzle of sauce.
