Description

A tangy and savory taco featuring smashed chicken patties seasoned with ranch and dill pickle brine, topped with crunchy pickles and creamy sauce.


Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground chicken
  • 1/4 cup dill pickle brine
  • 1 packet ranch seasoning mix
  • 1/2 cup chopped dill pickles
  • 8 small flour tortillas
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 2 tbsp mayonnaise
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 2 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 1 cup shredded lettuce
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese


Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix ground chicken, pickle brine, and ranch seasoning until combined. Form into 8 small patties.
  2. Heat oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Add patties and smash flat with a spatula. Cook for 4-5 minutes per side until golden and cooked through.
  3. In a small bowl, whisk sour cream, mayonnaise, and garlic powder to make the sauce.
  4. Warm tortillas in a dry skillet or microwave. Assemble tacos by placing a chicken patty on each tortilla, topping with chopped pickles, lettuce, cheese, and a drizzle of sauce.
