Ingredients
- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 cup Italian breadcrumbs
- 2 large eggs, beaten
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 cup melted butter
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a shallow dish, mix Parmesan cheese, breadcrumbs, garlic powder, oregano, salt, and pepper. Place flour in another dish and beaten eggs in a third.
- Dredge each chicken breast in flour, then dip in eggs, and coat thoroughly with the Parmesan mixture. Place on the baking sheet.
- Drizzle melted butter and olive oil over the coated chicken breasts.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until chicken is cooked through and the crust is golden brown. Serve hot.
