Ingredients
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1 large egg
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup shredded coconut
- 1/2 cup dark chocolate chips
- 1/2 cup caramel bits
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a bowl, cream together butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until fluffy. Beat in egg and vanilla extract.
- In another bowl, whisk flour, baking soda, and salt. Gradually mix into wet ingredients until combined.
- Fold in shredded coconut, dark chocolate chips, and caramel bits until evenly distributed.
- Drop tablespoon-sized dough balls onto baking sheet, spacing 2 inches apart. Bake for 10-12 minutes until edges are golden.
- Let cookies cool on baking sheet for 5 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
