Golden, crispy smashed potatoes topped with a creamy whipped feta spread and drizzled with spicy-sweet chili crisp honey for a perfect balance of textures and flavors.
Ingredients
- 1.5 lbs baby potatoes
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- Salt and black pepper to taste
- 4 oz feta cheese
- 1/4 cup Greek yogurt
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 2 tbsp honey
- 1 tbsp chili crisp
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C). Boil potatoes in salted water until fork-tender, about 15 minutes. Drain and let cool slightly.
- Place potatoes on a baking sheet. Gently smash each with the bottom of a glass or fork. Drizzle with olive oil, then sprinkle with Parmesan, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until crispy and golden brown.
- While potatoes bake, blend feta, Greek yogurt, and lemon juice in a food processor until smooth and creamy. Set aside.
- In a small bowl, mix honey and chili crisp until combined.
- Serve potatoes topped with whipped feta cream, a drizzle of chili crisp honey, and fresh parsley.
