Description

Golden, crispy smashed potatoes topped with a creamy whipped feta spread and drizzled with spicy-sweet chili crisp honey for a perfect balance of textures and flavors.


Ingredients

  • 1.5 lbs baby potatoes
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • Salt and black pepper to taste
  • 4 oz feta cheese
  • 1/4 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 1 tbsp chili crisp
  • Fresh parsley for garnish


Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C). Boil potatoes in salted water until fork-tender, about 15 minutes. Drain and let cool slightly.
  2. Place potatoes on a baking sheet. Gently smash each with the bottom of a glass or fork. Drizzle with olive oil, then sprinkle with Parmesan, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. Bake for 20-25 minutes until crispy and golden brown.
  4. While potatoes bake, blend feta, Greek yogurt, and lemon juice in a food processor until smooth and creamy. Set aside.
  5. In a small bowl, mix honey and chili crisp until combined.
  6. Serve potatoes topped with whipped feta cream, a drizzle of chili crisp honey, and fresh parsley.
