A crispy flatbread topped with melted Brie, sweet-tart cranberries, and crunchy toasted walnuts, finished with a spicy hot honey drizzle. Perfect as an appetizer or light meal.
Ingredients
- 1 pre-made flatbread or pizza dough (about 12 inches)
- 8 oz Brie cheese, sliced
- 1/2 cup dried cranberries

- 2 tbsp honey
- 1/4 tsp red pepper flakes (or to taste)

- Bake the flatbread base for 5-7 minutes until it just starts to crisp.
- Meanwhile, in a small bowl, mix honey and red pepper flakes. Set aside.
- In a dry skillet over medium heat, toast walnuts until fragrant, about 3-4 minutes. Set aside.
- Remove flatbread from oven and arrange Brie slices evenly over the surface. Sprinkle with dried cranberries and toasted walnuts.
- Return to oven and bake for another 8-10 minutes, until cheese is melted and crust is golden and crispy.
- Drizzle hot honey over the flatbread. Garnish with fresh herbs if desired. Slice and serve warm.
