Description

A decadent no-bake cheesecake with a buttery graham cracker crust, creamy white chocolate filling, and a sweet blueberry topping.


Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 6 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
  • 16 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup white chocolate chips, melted and cooled
  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream
  • 1 cup fresh blueberries
  • 1/4 cup blueberry jam


Instructions

  1. Mix graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter in a bowl, then press firmly into a 9-inch springform pan. Chill for 30 minutes.
  2. Beat cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla until smooth. Fold in melted white chocolate. In a separate bowl, whip heavy cream to stiff peaks, then gently fold into cream cheese mixture until combined.
  3. Spread filling over chilled crust. Top with fresh blueberries and drizzle with warmed blueberry jam. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours before serving.
