Description
A decadent no-bake cheesecake with a buttery graham cracker crust, creamy white chocolate filling, and a sweet blueberry topping.
Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 6 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
- 16 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup white chocolate chips, melted and cooled
- 1 cup heavy whipping cream
- 1 cup fresh blueberries
- 1/4 cup blueberry jam
Instructions
- Mix graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter in a bowl, then press firmly into a 9-inch springform pan. Chill for 30 minutes.
- Beat cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla until smooth. Fold in melted white chocolate. In a separate bowl, whip heavy cream to stiff peaks, then gently fold into cream cheese mixture until combined.
- Spread filling over chilled crust. Top with fresh blueberries and drizzle with warmed blueberry jam. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours before serving.
