Description

A delicious flatbread topped with creamy tzatziki, seasoned chicken, fresh cucumbers, tomatoes, and red onion for a quick and satisfying meal.


Ingredients

  • 1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 4 flatbreads (such as naan or pita)
  • 1 cup tzatziki sauce
  • 1 medium cucumber, thinly sliced
  • 2 medium tomatoes, diced
  • 1/2 red onion, thinly sliced
  • Fresh dill or parsley for garnish (optional)


Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a bowl, toss chicken with olive oil, oregano, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. Spread chicken pieces in a single layer on a baking sheet and bake for 15-20 minutes, until cooked through and golden.
  4. Place flatbreads on a separate baking sheet and warm in the oven for 5 minutes.
  5. Spread a generous layer of tzatziki sauce on each flatbread.
  6. Top with cooked chicken, cucumber slices, diced tomatoes, and red onion slices.
  7. Garnish with fresh dill or parsley if desired. Serve immediately.

Notes

You can customize the seasonings to taste. For extra creaminess, add a sprinkle of feta cheese.
