Description

A decadent no-bake pie with a rich chocolate crust, velvety peanut butter filling, and a silky chocolate ganache topping. Perfect for chocolate and peanut butter lovers.

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups chocolate cookie crumbs
  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup heavy cream, whipped to stiff peaks
  • 1/2 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream (for ganache)

Instructions

  1. In a medium bowl, combine chocolate cookie crumbs and melted butter. Press firmly into the bottom of a 9-inch pie dish. Chill for 20 minutes.
  2. In a large bowl, beat cream cheese, peanut butter, powdered sugar, and vanilla until smooth and creamy.
  3. Fold in the whipped cream gently until well combined. Spread the filling over the chilled crust and smooth the top.
  4. For the ganache: heat 1/2 cup heavy cream in a small saucepan until simmering. Pour over chocolate chips and let sit for 2 minutes, then stir until smooth.
  5. Pour ganache over the pie and spread evenly. Chill for at least 4 hours or overnight before serving.

Notes

You can customize the seasonings to taste. For extra crunch, sprinkle chopped peanuts on top before serving.
