Description
A rich and creamy pasta dish featuring Cajun-spiced chicken, linguine, and a garlic Parmesan sauce with a hint of heat.
Ingredients
- 8 oz linguine
- 2 chicken breasts, sliced
- 2 tbsp Cajun seasoning
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- Fresh parsley, chopped (optional)
Instructions
- Cook linguine according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
- Season chicken slices with Cajun seasoning. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Cook chicken until browned and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes. Remove and set aside.
- In the same skillet, reduce heat to medium. Add garlic and sauté for 30 seconds until fragrant.
- Pour in heavy cream and bring to a simmer. Stir in Parmesan cheese, salt, and pepper. Cook until sauce thickens slightly, about 3-4 minutes.
- Return chicken to the skillet and add cooked linguine. Toss to coat evenly.
- Garnish with fresh parsley if desired. Serve hot.
