Description

A creamy, tangy whipped feta dip topped with sweet-tart cranberry sauce and a spicy honey drizzle, perfect for holiday gatherings or as a festive appetizer.

Ingredients

  • 8 oz block feta cheese, crumbled
  • 4 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/4 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1 cup fresh or frozen cranberries
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1 tsp red pepper flakes
  • Fresh thyme or rosemary for garnish
  • Crackers or toasted baguette slices for serving

Instructions

  1. In a food processor, combine crumbled feta, cream cheese, Greek yogurt, lemon juice, and minced garlic. Blend until smooth and creamy, about 2-3 minutes. Transfer to a serving bowl and smooth the top.
  2. In a small saucepan, combine cranberries, sugar, and water. Bring to a simmer over medium heat, stirring occasionally, until cranberries burst and sauce thickens slightly, about 8-10 minutes. Let cool for 5 minutes, then spoon over the whipped feta.
  3. In another small saucepan, warm honey and red pepper flakes over low heat for 3-4 minutes until fragrant. Let cool slightly, then drizzle over the cranberry layer.
  4. Garnish with fresh thyme or rosemary. Serve immediately with crackers or toasted baguette slices.
