Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground turkey
  • 2 cups prepared stuffing mix
  • 1/2 cup dried cranberries
  • 1/2 cup chopped onion
  • 1/2 cup chopped celery
  • 1/4 cup chicken broth
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • 1 teaspoon poultry seasoning
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a large bowl, combine ground turkey, stuffing mix, dried cranberries, onion, celery, chicken broth, egg, poultry seasoning, salt, and pepper. Mix until well incorporated.
  3. Shape the mixture into 1-inch balls and place on the prepared baking sheet. Brush with olive oil.
  4. Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until golden brown and cooked through.
  5. Serve warm as an appetizer or side dish.

Notes

You can customize the seasonings to taste. For extra flavor, add chopped fresh herbs like sage or thyme. These can be made ahead and frozen before baking.
