Description

Creamy white chocolate fudge swirled with rich caramel and crunchy bits of sweet-tart dried apple, this irresistible caramel apple fudge captures the flavors of a fall carnival treat in every bite.

Ingredients

  • 3 cups white chocolate chips
  • 1 (14 ounce) can sweetened condensed milk
  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup caramel sauce
  • 1/2 cup dried apples, finely chopped
  • 1/4 teaspoon sea salt

Instructions

  1. Line an 8×8-inch baking pan with parchment paper, leaving overhang on two sides for easy removal. Lightly grease the parchment.
  2. In a medium saucepan over low heat, combine white chocolate chips, sweetened condensed milk, and butter. Stir constantly until melted and smooth, about 5 minutes. Remove from heat and stir in vanilla extract.
  3. Pour half of the fudge mixture into the prepared pan and spread evenly. Drizzle half of the caramel sauce over the top and sprinkle with half of the chopped dried apples.
  4. Pour the remaining fudge mixture over the caramel layer, spread gently, then drizzle with the remaining caramel sauce and sprinkle with the remaining dried apples and sea salt.
  5. Use a knife to gently swirl the caramel into the fudge for a marbled effect. Refrigerate for at least 3 hours, or until firm.
  6. Lift the fudge out of the pan using the parchment overhang, cut into 1-inch squares, and store in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
