Description

Decadent chocolate truffles filled with crushed Butterfinger candy and caramel, coated in a smooth chocolate shell for a satisfying crunch.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup crushed Butterfinger candy bars
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup caramel sauce, plus extra for drizzling
  • 2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 1 tbsp coconut oil
  • 1/4 cup crushed peanuts for garnish


Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine softened cream cheese, crushed Butterfinger, and caramel sauce until well blended.
  2. Roll the mixture into 1-inch balls and place on a parchment-lined baking sheet. Freeze for 30 minutes.
  3. Melt chocolate chips with coconut oil in a double boiler or microwave, stirring until smooth. Dip each frozen ball into the chocolate, coating evenly, then return to the baking sheet. Drizzle with extra caramel and sprinkle with crushed peanuts before the chocolate sets.
