Description

Warm, flaky crescent rolls stuffed with creamy cheesecake filling and juicy blueberries—easy, sweet, and totally crowd-pleasing.

Ingredients

  • 1 package (8 count) refrigerated crescent roll dough
  • 4 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup fresh or frozen blueberries
  • 1 tablespoon powdered sugar for dusting

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a bowl, mix softened cream cheese, granulated sugar, and vanilla until smooth.
  3. Unroll crescent dough and separate into triangles. Spoon about 1 tablespoon of cream cheese mixture onto each triangle, then top with a few blueberries.
  4. Roll up each crescent from the wide end, tucking in the filling as you go, and place on the baking sheet.
  5. Bake for 11-13 minutes until golden brown. Let cool slightly, then dust with powdered sugar before serving.
