Warm, flaky crescent rolls stuffed with creamy cheesecake filling and juicy blueberries—easy, sweet, and totally crowd-pleasing.
Ingredients
- 1 package (8 count) refrigerated crescent roll dough
- 4 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup fresh or frozen blueberries
- 1 tablespoon powdered sugar for dusting
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a bowl, mix softened cream cheese, granulated sugar, and vanilla until smooth.
- Unroll crescent dough and separate into triangles. Spoon about 1 tablespoon of cream cheese mixture onto each triangle, then top with a few blueberries.
- Roll up each crescent from the wide end, tucking in the filling as you go, and place on the baking sheet.
- Bake for 11-13 minutes until golden brown. Let cool slightly, then dust with powdered sugar before serving.
