Description

A sweet and satisfying twist on the classic quesadilla, packed with fresh blueberries and creamy cheese, perfect for a quick morning meal.


Ingredients

  • 2 large flour tortillas
  • 1 cup fresh blueberries
  • 1/2 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • Optional: powdered sugar for dusting


Instructions

  1. In a small bowl, mix the cream cheese, honey, and cinnamon until smooth.
  2. Spread the cream cheese mixture evenly over one side of each tortilla.
  3. Sprinkle blueberries evenly over the cream cheese on one tortilla, then place the other tortilla on top, cream cheese side down.
  4. Melt butter in a skillet over medium heat. Cook the quesadilla for 2-3 minutes per side, until golden brown and the cheese is melted.
  5. Remove from skillet, let cool slightly, then slice into wedges. Dust with powdered sugar if desired and serve warm.
