Description

Decadent brownie bites stuffed with cherry-infused cookie dough and coated in dark chocolate, inspired by the classic Black Forest flavors.

Ingredients

  • 1 box fudge brownie mix (plus required ingredients)
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup dried cherries, chopped
  • 1/4 cup mini chocolate chips
  • 8 oz dark chocolate melting wafers
  • Maraschino cherries (for garnish, optional)

Instructions

  1. Prepare brownie mix according to package directions and bake in a 9×9-inch pan. Let cool completely, then crumble into fine crumbs.
  2. In a bowl, combine flour, softened butter, brown sugar, granulated sugar, milk, and vanilla extract. Mix until smooth. Fold in dried cherries and mini chocolate chips to form cookie dough.
  3. Take a tablespoon of brownie crumbs and flatten in your palm. Place a teaspoon of cookie dough in the center, then wrap brownie crumbs around it to form a ball. Repeat with remaining mixture.
  4. Melt dark chocolate wafers in a microwave-safe bowl. Dip each brownie bomb into melted chocolate, coating fully. Place on parchment paper and top with a maraschino cherry if desired.
  5. Refrigerate for 30 minutes until chocolate sets. Serve chilled or at room temperature.
