Ingredients
- 1 pint fresh strawberries, hulled and halved
- 8 oz fresh mozzarella cheese, sliced or torn
- 1/4 cup fresh basil leaves, torn
- 2 tbsp balsamic glaze
- 1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
- Salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste
Instructions
- Arrange strawberry halves and mozzarella slices on a serving plate, alternating them.
- Scatter torn basil leaves over the top.
- Drizzle with balsamic glaze and olive oil.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
