Description

A warm and elegant dessert featuring sweet pears, creamy brie, crunchy walnuts, and tart cranberries, baked to perfection with a drizzle of honey.


Ingredients

  • 4 ripe but firm pears, halved and cored
  • 4 oz Brie cheese, sliced into 8 pieces
  • 1/2 cup chopped walnuts
  • 1/4 cup dried cranberries
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
  • 1 tablespoon butter, melted


Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Place pear halves cut side up in a baking dish.
  3. Place a slice of Brie on each pear half.
  4. Sprinkle walnuts and cranberries over the pears and cheese.
  5. Drizzle with honey and melted butter, then sprinkle with cinnamon and nutmeg.
  6. Bake for 20-25 minutes until pears are tender and cheese is melted and bubbly.
  7. Serve warm, optionally with a dollop of whipped cream or vanilla ice cream.
