Description
A warm and elegant dessert featuring sweet pears, creamy brie, crunchy walnuts, and tart cranberries, baked to perfection with a drizzle of honey.
Ingredients
- 4 ripe but firm pears, halved and cored
- 4 oz Brie cheese, sliced into 8 pieces
- 1/2 cup chopped walnuts
- 1/4 cup dried cranberries
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
- 1 tablespoon butter, melted
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Place pear halves cut side up in a baking dish.
- Place a slice of Brie on each pear half.
- Sprinkle walnuts and cranberries over the pears and cheese.
- Drizzle with honey and melted butter, then sprinkle with cinnamon and nutmeg.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until pears are tender and cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Serve warm, optionally with a dollop of whipped cream or vanilla ice cream.
