Ingredients
- 8 oz block feta cheese
- 1/4 cup sun-dried tomatoes in oil, drained and chopped
- 1/4 cup pitted Kalamata olives, halved
- 1/4 cup pitted green olives, halved
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)
- Fresh parsley for garnish
- Crusty bread or pita chips for serving
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Place the block of feta cheese in the center of a small baking dish or oven-safe skillet.
- In a small bowl, combine the sun-dried tomatoes, Kalamata olives, green olives, olive oil, minced garlic, oregano, and red pepper flakes if using. Stir to mix well.
- Spoon the olive-tomato mixture over and around the feta cheese.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes, until the feta is soft and slightly golden on top, and the mixture is bubbly.
- Garnish with fresh parsley and serve immediately with crusty bread or pita chips.
Notes
You can customize the seasonings to taste. For a milder flavor, omit the red pepper flakes.
