Description

Warm, gooey brie cheese topped with honey-roasted plums and fresh thyme, perfect as an appetizer or snack.


Ingredients

  • 1 (8 oz) wheel of brie cheese
  • 4 plums, pitted and sliced
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon fresh thyme leaves
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • Crackers or baguette slices for serving


Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a small bowl, toss plum slices with honey, olive oil, salt, and pepper.
  3. Place the brie on the prepared baking sheet. Arrange plums around and on top of the brie.
  4. Sprinkle fresh thyme leaves over the plums and brie.
  5. Bake for 12-15 minutes until the brie is soft and slightly melted but not fully liquid.
  6. Let cool for 2 minutes, then serve warm with crackers or baguette slices.

Notes

You can customize the seasonings to taste. Add a drizzle of balsamic glaze before serving if desired.
