Description
Warm, gooey brie cheese topped with honey-roasted plums and fresh thyme, perfect as an appetizer or snack.
Ingredients
- 1 (8 oz) wheel of brie cheese
- 4 plums, pitted and sliced
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon fresh thyme leaves
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- Crackers or baguette slices for serving
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a small bowl, toss plum slices with honey, olive oil, salt, and pepper.
- Place the brie on the prepared baking sheet. Arrange plums around and on top of the brie.
- Sprinkle fresh thyme leaves over the plums and brie.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes until the brie is soft and slightly melted but not fully liquid.
- Let cool for 2 minutes, then serve warm with crackers or baguette slices.
Notes
You can customize the seasonings to taste. Add a drizzle of balsamic glaze before serving if desired.
