Description

Ingredients

  • 2 slices hearty bread (sourdough or whole grain)
  • 1 ripe avocado
  • 1/4 cup crumbled feta cheese
  • 1/4 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 2 tablespoons dried cranberries
  • 2 tablespoons walnuts, chopped and toasted
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Optional: red pepper flakes or fresh basil for garnish


Instructions

  1. Toast the bread slices until golden and crisp.
  2. In a small bowl, mash the avocado with lemon juice, salt, and pepper until desired consistency.
  3. Spread the mashed avocado evenly over each toast slice.
  4. Top with feta cheese, cherry tomatoes, dried cranberries, and toasted walnuts.
  5. Garnish with red pepper flakes or fresh basil if desired. Serve immediately.
