Description

A quick and crispy personal pizza made with naan bread, topped with sauce, cheese, and your favorite toppings, all cooked to perfection in an air fryer.


Ingredients

  • 2 pieces of naan bread
  • 1/2 cup pizza sauce
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/4 cup sliced pepperoni
  • 1/4 cup sliced bell peppers
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • Salt and pepper to taste


Instructions

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C) for 3 minutes.
  2. Brush each naan bread lightly with olive oil on both sides.
  3. Spread pizza sauce evenly over each naan, leaving a small border around the edges.
  4. Sprinkle shredded mozzarella cheese on top, then add pepperoni and bell peppers.
  5. Season with dried oregano, salt, and pepper.
  6. Place the naan pizzas in the air fryer basket in a single layer and cook for 6-8 minutes, until the cheese is melted and bubbly and the edges are crispy.
  7. Remove carefully, let cool for 1-2 minutes, then slice and serve.
