Description
A quick and crispy personal pizza made with naan bread, topped with sauce, cheese, and your favorite toppings, all cooked to perfection in an air fryer.
Ingredients
- 2 pieces of naan bread
- 1/2 cup pizza sauce
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/4 cup sliced pepperoni
- 1/4 cup sliced bell peppers
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C) for 3 minutes.
- Brush each naan bread lightly with olive oil on both sides.
- Spread pizza sauce evenly over each naan, leaving a small border around the edges.
- Sprinkle shredded mozzarella cheese on top, then add pepperoni and bell peppers.
- Season with dried oregano, salt, and pepper.
- Place the naan pizzas in the air fryer basket in a single layer and cook for 6-8 minutes, until the cheese is melted and bubbly and the edges are crispy.
- Remove carefully, let cool for 1-2 minutes, then slice and serve.
