A creamy, cheesy dip layered with fresh bruschetta topping, perfect for serving with toasted baguette slices or crackers.
Ingredients
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, diced
- 1/4 cup fresh basil, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp balsamic vinegar
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 baguette, sliced and toasted
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). In a mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, 1/2 cup mozzarella, and Parmesan until smooth.
- Spread the cheese mixture evenly in a small baking dish. In another bowl, mix tomatoes, basil, garlic, olive oil, balsamic vinegar, salt, and pepper.
- Spoon the tomato bruschetta mixture over the cheese layer, then sprinkle with remaining mozzarella.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until bubbly and lightly golden. Serve warm with toasted baguette slices.
