Description
Soft, sweet rolls filled with creamy strawberry and cream cheese, topped with a buttery crumble and a drizzle of glaze.
Ingredients
- 1 can refrigerated crescent roll dough
- 4 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 cup fresh strawberries, diced
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1/4 cup cold unsalted butter, cubed
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 2 tbsp milk
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a baking dish.
- Unroll crescent dough and separate into triangles. In a bowl, mix cream cheese, granulated sugar, and vanilla until smooth. Spread mixture onto each triangle, then top with diced strawberries. Roll up from the wide end.
- In another bowl, combine flour and brown sugar. Cut in cold butter until crumbly. Sprinkle over rolls. Bake for 15-18 minutes until golden.
- Whisk powdered sugar and milk to make a glaze. Drizzle over warm rolls before serving.
