Description

Soft, sweet rolls filled with creamy strawberry and cream cheese, topped with a buttery crumble and a drizzle of glaze.


Ingredients

  • 1 can refrigerated crescent roll dough
  • 4 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup fresh strawberries, diced
  • 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup cold unsalted butter, cubed
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 2 tbsp milk


Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a baking dish.
  2. Unroll crescent dough and separate into triangles. In a bowl, mix cream cheese, granulated sugar, and vanilla until smooth. Spread mixture onto each triangle, then top with diced strawberries. Roll up from the wide end.
  3. In another bowl, combine flour and brown sugar. Cut in cold butter until crumbly. Sprinkle over rolls. Bake for 15-18 minutes until golden.
  4. Whisk powdered sugar and milk to make a glaze. Drizzle over warm rolls before serving.
