Description
Crispy wonton cups filled with a creamy spinach and artichoke mixture, perfect as an appetizer or snack.
Ingredients
- 24 wonton wrappers
- 1 cup chopped spinach, fresh or frozen and thawed
- 1 cup canned artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
- 4 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup sour cream
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1/2 tsp onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Cooking spray
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Lightly spray a 24-cup mini muffin tin with cooking spray.
- Press one wonton wrapper into each muffin cup, forming a cup shape. Bake for 5-7 minutes until lightly golden and crisp. Remove from oven and let cool slightly.
- In a medium bowl, combine spinach, artichoke hearts, cream cheese, mozzarella, Parmesan, sour cream, garlic, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix until well blended.
- Spoon the spinach and artichoke mixture evenly into the baked wonton cups.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until the filling is hot and bubbly and the edges of the wontons are golden brown.
- Let cool for 5 minutes before carefully removing from the tin. Serve warm.
