  • 1 cup frozen spinach, thawed and drained
  • 1 cup canned artichoke hearts, chopped
  • 1/2 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise

  2. Press one wonton wrapper into each muffin cup, forming a cup shape. Bake for 5-7 minutes until lightly golden. Remove from oven and let cool slightly.
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine spinach, artichoke hearts, cream cheese, mozzarella, Parmesan, mayonnaise, garlic, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix until well blended.
  4. Spoon the spinach and artichoke mixture into the baked wonton cups, filling each to the top.
