Description

A creamy, flavorful pasta dish featuring sun-dried tomatoes, fresh spinach, and a rich garlic-infused sauce, perfect for a quick and satisfying dinner.


Ingredients

  • 12 oz spaghetti
  • 1 cup sun-dried tomatoes in oil, chopped
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 cups fresh spinach
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt and black pepper to taste
  • Fresh basil for garnish


Instructions

  1. Cook spaghetti according to package instructions until al dente, then drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add garlic and sun-dried tomatoes, sauté for 2-3 minutes until fragrant.
  3. Pour in heavy cream and bring to a simmer. Stir in Parmesan cheese until melted and smooth.
  4. Add fresh spinach to the sauce and cook until wilted, about 2 minutes. Season with salt and pepper.
  5. Toss the cooked spaghetti in the sauce until well coated. Serve hot, garnished with fresh basil.
