Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 8 ounces cremini mushrooms, sliced
- 10 ounces fresh spinach
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- Salt and black pepper to taste
- Red pepper flakes (optional)
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Add minced garlic and sauté for 1 minute until fragrant.
- Add sliced mushrooms and cook for 5-7 minutes until softened and browned.
- Stir in fresh spinach in batches until wilted, about 3-4 minutes.
- Drizzle with lemon juice and season with salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes if using.
- Toss everything together and serve immediately.
