Ingredients
- 1 large flatbread or naan
- 1/2 cup hummus
- 1/4 cup crumbled feta cheese
- 1/4 cup diced cucumber
- 1/4 cup diced cherry tomatoes
- 2 tablespoons sliced Kalamata olives
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Place the flatbread on a baking sheet and toast for 5-7 minutes until lightly crisp.
- Spread the hummus evenly over the toasted flatbread, leaving a small border around the edges.
- Top with diced cucumber, cherry tomatoes, Kalamata olives, and crumbled feta cheese.
- Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with dried oregano, salt, and pepper.
- Return to the oven for 3-5 minutes until the cheese softens slightly.
- Remove from oven, garnish with fresh parsley, slice, and serve warm.
