Description

A quick and flavorful flatbread topped with creamy hummus, fresh vegetables, and tangy feta cheese, perfect for a light lunch or appetizer.


Ingredients

  • 1 large flatbread or naan
  • 1/2 cup hummus
  • 1/4 cup crumbled feta cheese
  • 1/4 cup diced cucumber
  • 1/4 cup diced cherry tomatoes
  • 2 tablespoons sliced Kalamata olives
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
  • Salt and pepper to taste


Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Place the flatbread on a baking sheet and toast for 5-7 minutes until lightly crisp.
  2. Spread the hummus evenly over the toasted flatbread, leaving a small border around the edges.
  3. Top with diced cucumber, cherry tomatoes, Kalamata olives, and crumbled feta cheese.
  4. Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with dried oregano, salt, and pepper.
  5. Return to the oven for 3-5 minutes until the cheese softens slightly.
  6. Remove from oven, garnish with fresh parsley, slice, and serve warm.
