Description

A quick and flavorful one-pan meal featuring seasoned ground beef, fresh spinach, and creamy feta cheese, perfect for a weeknight dinner.


Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 onion, diced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 4 cups fresh spinach
  • 1 can (14.5 oz) diced tomatoes
  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1/2 cup crumbled feta cheese
  • 2 tbsp olive oil


Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add onion and cook until softened, about 5 minutes.
  2. Add ground beef and garlic to the skillet. Cook until beef is browned, breaking it up with a spoon, about 7-10 minutes.
  3. Stir in diced tomatoes, oregano, salt, and pepper. Simmer for 5 minutes, then add spinach and cook until wilted, about 3 minutes.
  4. Remove from heat and sprinkle feta cheese over the top. Serve warm.
