Description

A quick and flavorful one-pan meal featuring seasoned ground beef, fresh spinach, and creamy feta cheese, perfect for a busy weeknight dinner.


Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 onion, diced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 5 oz fresh spinach
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1/2 cup crumbled feta cheese
  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 tbsp olive oil


Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add diced onion and cook until softened, about 5 minutes.
  2. Add ground beef to the skillet, breaking it up with a spoon. Cook until browned, then stir in minced garlic and oregano.
  3. Add cherry tomatoes and spinach to the skillet, cooking until spinach wilts and tomatoes soften, about 3-4 minutes.
  4. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Remove from heat and sprinkle crumbled feta cheese over the top before serving.
