Description

A creamy and flavorful hummus topped with fresh Greek-inspired ingredients like tomatoes, cucumbers, olives, and feta cheese, perfect as a dip or appetizer.


Ingredients

  • 1 can (15 oz) chickpeas, drained and rinsed
  • 1/4 cup tahini
  • 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 cup diced cucumber
  • 1/2 cup diced cherry tomatoes
  • 1/4 cup sliced Kalamata olives
  • 1/4 cup crumbled feta cheese
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano


Instructions

  1. In a food processor, combine chickpeas, tahini, lemon juice, garlic, olive oil, salt, and pepper. Blend until smooth and creamy, adding a tablespoon of water if needed to reach desired consistency.
  2. Spread the hummus evenly on a serving plate or shallow bowl.
  3. Top the hummus with diced cucumber, cherry tomatoes, Kalamata olives, and crumbled feta cheese.
  4. Sprinkle with chopped parsley and dried oregano for garnish.
  5. Serve immediately with pita bread, crackers, or vegetable sticks for dipping.
