Description

Flaky puff pastry rolls filled with creamy feta and herbs, baked until golden, and drizzled with a sweet-tart cranberry honey sauce for a perfect appetizer or snack.


Ingredients

  • 1 sheet puff pastry, thawed
  • 4 oz feta cheese, crumbled
  • 1 tbsp fresh dill, chopped
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 egg, beaten (for egg wash)
  • 1/2 cup cranberry sauce
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt and black pepper to taste


Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Roll out puff pastry sheet on a lightly floured surface. Sprinkle feta, dill, garlic powder, salt, and pepper evenly over the pastry.
  3. Roll the pastry tightly into a log, starting from the long side. Slice into 1-inch thick rounds and place on the baking sheet.
  4. Brush each roll with egg wash. Bake for 20-25 minutes until puffed and golden brown.
  5. While baking, mix cranberry sauce, honey, and olive oil in a small saucepan over low heat until warm and combined.
  6. Serve rolls warm, drizzled with the cranberry honey sauce.
