Ingredients
- 1 pound large sea scallops, patted dry
- 4 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
- 1/2 cup panko breadcrumbs
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- Lemon wedges for serving
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Lightly grease a baking dish.
- In a bowl, combine melted butter, minced garlic, lemon juice, salt, and pepper. Toss scallops in the mixture until coated.
- Arrange scallops in a single layer in the baking dish. Sprinkle panko breadcrumbs evenly over the top.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes, until scallops are opaque and breadcrumbs are golden.
- Garnish with fresh parsley and serve immediately with lemon wedges.
