Ingredients
- 1 pound large sea scallops, patted dry
- 4 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
- 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon paprika
- Lemon wedges for serving
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C). Lightly grease a baking dish.
- In a small bowl, mix melted butter, minced garlic, lemon juice, salt, pepper, and paprika.
- Arrange scallops in a single layer in the baking dish. Pour the garlic butter mixture evenly over the scallops.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until scallops are opaque and cooked through.
- Sprinkle with fresh parsley and serve immediately with lemon wedges.
