Description

A gourmet flatbread featuring creamy brie, tart cranberries, crunchy walnuts, and a spicy-sweet honey drizzle, perfect for appetizers or light meals.


Ingredients

  • 1 large flatbread or naan
  • 4 oz brie cheese, sliced
  • 1/4 cup dried cranberries
  • 1/4 cup walnuts, toasted and chopped
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 1/2 tsp red pepper flakes
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • Fresh thyme for garnish
  • Salt and black pepper to taste


Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Place flatbread on a baking sheet and brush lightly with olive oil.
  2. Arrange brie slices evenly over the flatbread. Sprinkle with dried cranberries and toasted walnuts.
  3. Bake for 10-12 minutes until the flatbread is crispy and the brie is melted.
  4. While baking, warm honey in a small saucepan over low heat. Stir in red pepper flakes and let infuse for 2-3 minutes.
  5. Remove flatbread from oven, drizzle with hot honey, garnish with fresh thyme, and season with salt and pepper. Slice and serve warm.
