Description

A creamy, tangy whipped feta dip topped with sweet-tart cranberry sauce and a spicy honey drizzle, perfect for holiday gatherings or appetizer spreads.


Ingredients

  • 8 oz feta cheese, crumbled
  • 4 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/4 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 cup fresh or frozen cranberries
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1 tsp red pepper flakes
  • Fresh thyme or rosemary for garnish
  • Crackers or toasted bread for serving


Instructions

  1. In a food processor, combine feta, cream cheese, Greek yogurt, and lemon juice. Blend until smooth and creamy, about 2-3 minutes. Transfer to a serving bowl.
  2. In a small saucepan, combine cranberries, sugar, and water. Bring to a simmer over medium heat, stirring occasionally, until cranberries burst and sauce thickens slightly, about 10 minutes. Let cool.
  3. In another small saucepan, warm honey over low heat. Stir in red pepper flakes and let infuse for 5 minutes, then remove from heat.
  4. Spread the whipped feta in a shallow dish. Top with the cranberry sauce, then drizzle with the hot honey. Garnish with fresh herbs.
  5. Serve immediately with crackers or toasted bread.
