Description

A crispy, high-protein snack made from cottage cheese and seasonings, air-fried to perfection for a guilt-free crunch.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup low-fat cottage cheese
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • Cooking spray or oil mister


Instructions

  1. Preheat air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix cottage cheese, Parmesan, garlic powder, paprika, and black pepper until well combined.
  3. Line air fryer basket with parchment paper and lightly spray with cooking spray.
  4. Spoon small mounds (about 1 tablespoon each) of the mixture onto the parchment, spacing them apart.
  5. Air fry for 10-12 minutes, or until edges are golden and crispy. Let cool for 5 minutes before serving.
