A crispy, high-protein snack made from cottage cheese and seasonings, air-fried to perfection for a guilt-free crunch.
Ingredients
- 1 cup low-fat cottage cheese
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- Cooking spray or oil mister
Instructions
- Preheat air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- In a bowl, mix cottage cheese, Parmesan, garlic powder, paprika, and black pepper until well combined.
- Line air fryer basket with parchment paper and lightly spray with cooking spray.
- Spoon small mounds (about 1 tablespoon each) of the mixture onto the parchment, spacing them apart.
- Air fry for 10-12 minutes, or until edges are golden and crispy. Let cool for 5 minutes before serving.
