Ingredients
- 2 large ripe avocados, sliced
- 8 oz fresh mozzarella cheese, sliced
- 2 large heirloom tomatoes, sliced
- 1/4 cup fresh basil leaves
- 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
- 2 tbsp balsamic glaze
- Salt and black pepper to taste
Instructions
- Arrange alternating slices of avocado, mozzarella, and tomatoes on a large serving platter.
- Tuck fresh basil leaves between the slices and sprinkle with salt and black pepper.
- Drizzle evenly with olive oil and balsamic glaze just before serving.
