Description

A fresh and creamy twist on classic bruschetta, featuring creamy burrata cheese on toasted bread with a vibrant tomato and basil topping.


Ingredients

  • 1 loaf crusty Italian bread, sliced
  • 8 oz burrata cheese
  • 2 cups cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1/4 cup fresh basil leaves, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 tbsp balsamic glaze
  • Salt and black pepper to taste


Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F. Arrange bread slices on a baking sheet, brush with olive oil, and toast for 8-10 minutes until golden.
  2. In a bowl, combine cherry tomatoes, basil, minced garlic, 1 tbsp olive oil, salt, and pepper. Mix gently.
  3. Place a spoonful of burrata on each toasted bread slice, top with tomato mixture, and drizzle with balsamic glaze before serving.
