Description

A warm, elegant dessert featuring sweet baked pears stuffed with creamy brie, crunchy walnuts, and tart cranberries, drizzled with honey.

Ingredients

  • 2 ripe but firm pears (such as Bosc or Anjou), halved and cored
  • 4 oz brie cheese, cut into small cubes
  • 1/4 cup walnuts, chopped
  • 1/4 cup dried cranberries
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 1 tbsp unsalted butter, melted
  • 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
  • Pinch of salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Lightly grease a baking dish.
  2. Place pear halves cut-side up in the dish. In a bowl, mix brie, walnuts, cranberries, cinnamon, and salt. Spoon mixture into pear cavities.
