Ingredients
- 4 ripe but firm pears, halved and cored
- 1 cup mixed fresh berries (such as blueberries and raspberries)
- 1/2 cup chopped walnuts
- 1/4 cup crumbled blue cheese
- 3 tablespoons honey, plus extra for drizzling
- 1 tablespoon melted butter
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg
- Pinch of salt
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Lightly grease a baking dish.
- Place pear halves cut-side up in the baking dish. Brush with melted butter and sprinkle with cinnamon, nutmeg, and salt.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until pears are tender but still hold their shape.
- Remove from oven. Top each pear half with berries, walnuts, and blue cheese crumbles.
- Drizzle with honey and return to oven for 5 minutes to warm toppings.
- Serve warm, with extra honey drizzled on top if desired.
